Returns Policy
Best for Pets will not accept refunds or exchanges for “change of mind.”
However, if your goods are damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 3 business days upon receipt.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and prior approval must be given before items are returned.

Shipping
We ship throughout New Zealand using Pass the Parcel.
Christchurch Local rates are $4.50 for small, medium, and large parcel bags.
All other areas are priced as follows:

Medium Parcel Bag $6.50
Large Parcel Bag $8.25
